Due to limited availability with only 40 camping parcels on-site, we decided to introduce an additional 15EUR fee to reserve your camping space. This measure ensures that we can prevent overcrowding and maintain a comfortable camping environment. To secure your camping parcel, reservations are only possible with the purchase of a multi-day pass. 

It's important to note that this fee is fixed per parcel, not per person. Therefore, if you're sharing your tent with friends, you can split the cost among yourselves. 

This fixed fee covers your entire camping duration, whether you're staying for two or three days. The camping zone opens on Friday, May 31st at 10 AM and closes on Monday, June 3rd at 10 AM, giving you ample time to enjoy the experience. 

Upon your arrival and registration at the info point, you'll receive your parcel number and detailed instructions on locating your designated camping spot.

Reservations are first come, first served. So please hurry up if you want to secure your spot. 

As a way of appreciation for your cooperation, if you're sharing your tent with more than one additional person, each of you will receive a complimentary drink coupon at the info point! ッ  

If you're bringing a smaller/mini tent, we encourage you to consider sharing your camp parcel with someone else who is also bringing a smaller tent. Conversely, if you own a larger tent, we recommend inviting additional friends to join your camping adventure. We suggest a minimum of 2-3 people per camping parcel. That way, you can also share the camping fee with the others joining your adventure.

Camping outside of our marked parcels is not subject to these conditions and is at your own risk. Since this is a national park, camping is only permitted within the land that belongs to the Hotel Rakov Škocjan property.

If you have the option to sleep in your car/van, this is a highly recommended alternative and will be possible in a few designited parking lots located around the hotel/guest house. Please also note that this option doesn’t require reservations and doesn’t involve any additional fees. That said, please make sure to arrive as early as you can to secure your parking place.

For the duration of the 3-day gathering, we also have a very limited number of rooms/beds available for booking. These are priced from 25EUR to 40EUR per person per night, depending on the option you choose. The rooms/beds are located inside the guest house Rakov Škocjan, right at the heart of our gathering. To ensure everyone enjoys delicious meals without the need for cooking, we offer catering services through our NiANSA catering team. Fresh and delicious meals will be prepared daily, with a variety of vegetarian and vegan options available at very affordable prices in our dining area.

If you have specific food allergies, please contact our head chef, Rapolas, at rapolasv@proton.me. (please make sure to do this as much upfront as you can before arrving) Introduce yourself and inform him about your allergies so he and the rest of the catering team can try to organize an appropriate meal for your specific diet. 

In addition to our dedicated kitchen team, the NiANSA bar team will be setting up a well-stocked bar offering a variety of beverages available for an unusually reasonable contributions. The bar will provide a range of nice, cold, home-brewed soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverages to help everyone stay hydrated and enjoy the extraordinary atmosphere during NiANSA 2k24. For those who enjoy a drink, there will also be a nice selection of craft beer and variety of other hand-picked and home-brewed alcoholic beverages again at a very resonable prices. 

ps.Drinking water is freely available to anyone for the duration of the entire gathering 

Please note that outside food and drinks are not recommended within the event area. This policy ensures compliance with park regulations and supports our catering and bar services, which are crucial for the sustainability of NiANSA 2k24.
