FORAGING WALK
WORKSHOP / TBA
In this edition of Niansa, I will take you on a foraging walk to reconnect with your inner fairy. We will embark on a little foraging expedition in the area surrounding the festival, abundant with magical nature and edible, healing plants. I'll share my knowledge of all the plants I know with you - from their connections to our culture and folklore to how to use them for medicine and food. When we return to the festival area, we will prepare a wild salad from our harvest. Bring your notebooks, knee-high socks, and open senses. <3
Gaja Pegan Nahtigal is a forager and transdisciplinary designer from Ljubljana, Slovenia. She draws her inspiration from the natural world, its growth and decay. Through her practice, she strives to help bridge the gap between human-made and nature-crafted ecosystems, embracing their intertwined, complex and unpolished beauty.
